Rio Management is a Salt Lake City-based hospitality company specializing in food and beverage operations for venues, festivals, and events of every scale. Founded in 2014, we've spent over a decade building the systems, the staff, and the relationships that make great hospitality look effortless.
We work with some of Utah's most respected venues and some of the country's most exciting festivals — not because we're the biggest operation, but because we treat every event like it's the most important one we've ever worked.
Our story
Built from the ground up by someone who knows this industry.
Rio Management was founded in 2014 by Bryan Borreson with a clear vision: that hospitality done right isn't just about food and drinks — it's about the entire experience, from the moment a guest walks in to the moment they leave.
Bryan built Rio on the belief that event organizers and venue operators deserved a hospitality partner who was as invested in their success as they were — one who showed up prepared, communicated clearly, and delivered results that could be measured, not just felt.
Over the past decade, that philosophy has grown into a company trusted by some of Utah's most prominent venues, national festival brands, and event producers across the country.
